About the Role
Share Lawyers is seeking a Sales/Intake Executive to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As one of the first points of contact, you’ll act as a trusted guide and brand ambassador, helping potential clients navigate the legal process with empathy, clarity, and care. Your role will be essential in ensuring clients feel supported and confident as they transition into our services, while also securing high-quality cases for the firm.
This position offers flexibility, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, chat, email, and text, assessing potential case eligibility.
- Engage with potential clients to explain our services, the legal process, and next steps.
- Guide and manage potential clients until they officially retain Share Lawyers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient case handling.
- Review client information and assess case merits with precision and care.
- Perform other duties that contribute to the team’s success.
Key Details
Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English (bilingual in French is preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Teamwork and people management skills.
- A self-motivated mindset with a drive to help individuals in crisis.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to exceeding performance goals.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 5+ years in sales or customer services within a relevant professional services environment
- Familiarity with STD/LTD/Disability Benefits/Insurance claims.
- Experience in personal injury law.
- Fluency in French or other languages.
