Description: We are seeking a Director of Operations (Aerospace) to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of our aerospace manufacturing facility. This includes strategic planning, production, quality assurance, personnel management, budget management, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic operational plans that align with our company goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring production efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Manage and lead a team of managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
• Develop the budget for the operations department and monitor expenses.
• Implement and manage quality control programs.
• Ensure the facility complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Work with human resources to manage personnel issues and employee training.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Thorough understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and technology.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans and oversee their implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with budget development and financial management.
• Knowledge of appropriate local, state, and federal regulations.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
